We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations. We stand behind our products 100% by offering the best guarantee in the industry. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused items within 90 days for a full refund.
- Request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by contacting our Return Department at 408.541.1393 or email@AD-Surgical.com. Be sure to indicate your invoice number, the name or item number of the product(s) that you would like to return, your name and contact information, and the reason for the return on the RMA form.
- If the return is the result of an error by AD Surgical, we will send you a prepaid mailing label for the return of the merchandise. In all other cases, please send the merchandise you would like to return using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or registered mail within the US). You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of returning the products to AD Surgical, and we will not reimburse you or compensate you for any such costs.
- Please return all unused items in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. Be certain to include your RMA form and a copy of the invoice along with the returned product(s).
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund (usually within 3 business days of receipt). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Purchases over 90 days are not subjected to return or refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If you would like to order another item in place of the returned product, you will need to submit a completely new order either online or by phone.
