If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the used or unopen items within 90 days from invoice date for a full refund.

We will accept returns on any used or unopen items within 90 days from the invoice date. No exchange or return will be accepted after 90 days.

  1. To submit a return, please contact us to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form at 888.841.8481 or email us at info.usa@ad-surgical.com.
  2. Please confirm the following information on RMA form: account name/ phone number, invoice number, item number(s), quantity, and the reason for the return.
  3. A completed copy of the RMA form must be included with the returned product(s) so that your account can be credited in a timely manner.
  4. All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions. Bulk buy discounts will be disqualified if the minimum purchase requirement cannot be met due to items being returned. Such discounts will be deducted from the return credit.
  5. Return products must match the lot number listed on the invoice.
  6. If the return is the result of your dissatisfaction with our product quality or an error made by us, we will gladly send you a prepaid shipping label for the return of the merchandise. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of returning the product(s) to AD Surgical. Please send them along with the completed RMA form using a traceable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or registered mall within the United States).
  7. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, we will process your refund (usually within 3 business days of receipt). Any original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow 2-5 business days after your credit is applied to post to your credit card account. If you would like to exchange another item in place of the returned product(s), you will need to submit a new order either online or by phone.
  8. All clearance products are Final Sale. These products are not refundable or exchangeable.

Sales Price Adjustment

Any sale requiring a promotional code must be provided at the time of purchase. No price adjustment will be granted on previous orders.
