Shipping - Same Day Shipping on Most Orders

AD Surgical offers same day shipping on most domestic orders placed on our website. We make every effort to process your order quickly. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-7 business days. All orders with EXPEDITED Service must be submitted by 1 pm Pacific Time in order to ship on the same day. No shipping on Saturday/ Sunday/ Holidays. We can only ship to certain countries or area outside the US continental states. AD Surgical cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, service interruptions etc. We may ship by UPS/FedEx/US Postal Office (USPS). UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box address. If you have a preferred choice among our shipping methods, please indicate on the Shipping Instruction Box online or inform our sales representative when ordering and we will try to meet your needs. Orders weighing less than 1 pound or below the value of $100 may ship by US Postal Service. Higher value orders will ship by UPS/FedEx and may require a signature.

Shipping Services:

  • UPS Next Day Air AM   - Delivery as early as 8am (May not be available in remote or some residential area)
  • UPS Next Day Air       - Delivery between 10:30am to 3pm
  • UPS 2nd Day Air        - Delivery between 10:30am to end of day
  • UPS 3 Day Select       - Delivery by end of day

  • UPS Ground / USPS Postal Service:
       - UPS Ground delivery in 2 - 5 business days based on distance from California.
       - USPS Postal Service Delivery in 2-4 business days by Priority Mail.

Return Policy

  1. We will accept returns on any unopened items within 90 days from the invoice date. No exchange or return will be accepted after 90 days. To submit a return, contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form at 888.841.8481 or info.usa@AD-Surgical.com. Please provide account name/phone number, invoice number, item number(s), quantity, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
  3. Returned products must match the lot number listed on the invoice. Any product that is used, opened or returned without a RMA will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, denial of credit or replacement.
  4. If the return is the result of an error by AD Surgical, we will send you a prepaid mailing label for the return of the merchandise. In all other cases, please send the merchandise along with the RMA form using a traceable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or registered mail within the US). You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of returning the product to AD Surgical, and we will not reimburse you or compensate you for any such costs.
  5. A copy of the RMA form must be included with the returned product(s) so that your account can be credited in a timely manner.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund (usually within 3 business days of receipt). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-5 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. If you would like to order another item in place of the returned product, you will need to submit a completely new order either online or by phone.

  8. All Clearance products are Final Sale. The products are not refundable or exchangeable.
  9. Bulk buy discounts will be disqualified if the minimum purchase requirement cannot be met due to items being returned. Such discounts will be deducted from the return credit.

Sales Price Adjustment

Any sale requiring a promotional code must be provided at the time of purchase. No price adjustment will be granted on previous orders.
